How many users can I add?
Unlimited — every plan includes your entire team and all your clients at no extra cost. Add your whole crew and office.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes, upgrade or downgrade anytime. Changes prorate automatically.
Do I pay extra for my trade's tools?
No. Your trade's terminology, an inspection template, and supply tracking come with the platform on every plan, including Starter. The Industry Edition is a separate step up that adds the sales stack — CRM, bid builder, QuickBooks sync, and lead generation.
What are AI credits?
AI credits pay for the AI actions in IndustryHQ. Scanning a receipt or turning an email into a request uses 1 credit; reading a full RFP uses 150. Starter includes 200 credits a month and Industry Edition includes 2,000. Past your allowance, AI keeps working and extra credits are $2 per 100, up to a monthly spending limit you set ($50 by default), so there's no surprise bill. Translation, address lookups, and route optimizing are free, and credits reset on the 1st of each month.
Does IndustryHQ work with QuickBooks?
Yes — the Industry Edition syncs invoices, payments, and payroll with QuickBooks.
Is my crew's data secure?
Yes. Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and you control who on your team sees what.
